Brother Francis serves as a stake president and is a former high councilor, bishop, elders quorum president, seminary teacher, gospel doctrine teacher and missionary in the Arkansas Little Rock Mission. Sister Francis serves as a Cub Scout leader and is a former secretary in a ward Primary presidency, Primary teacher, Young Women adviser and Relief Society visiting teaching coordinator. Born in Anaheim, Calif., to Lloyd M and Sharon Rasmussen.
