Call of Duty Vanguard and Warzone Pacific Season 1 is here, and that means there are a handful of new weapons for you to unlock to bolster out your arsenal (as if it wasn’t big enough already…) and take on opponents on the shiny new Caldera map.
In Season 1, you’ll be able to pick up a new short-range assault rifle, the Cooper Carbine, which is billed to be a rival to the Automaton. With more recoil than its rival, but higher damage output, it’ll not only have the Automaton worried but several of Warzone’s top SMGs as well. From description alone, it reminds us of the FFAR from Black Ops Cold War, which at one point was one of the best Warzone guns, so things are looking rosy for the Cooper.

Cooper Carbine Warzone unlock
The Cooper Carbine can be unlocked to use in Warzone by reaching tier 15 on the Season 1 battle pass. This is available to all players as it is one of the free tiers in the battle pass.
If for whatever reason you don’t manage to hit tier 15 before Season 1 wraps up, the Cooper Carbine will likely be unlockable via an in-game challenge later down the line.
So, it’s as simple as that. A wee bit of grinding, and you could be the proud owner of a Cooper Carbine in Season 1 of Warzone Pacific. Will this new weapon wreak havoc in Caldera and become part of the Warzone meta? We’ll have to wait and see.
